Payment conditions

1. A bank transfer or cash deposit must be made within three days of confirmation to secure the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will become void. The client is responsible for all bank and PayPal transaction fees.
2. Clients are required to send an email confirming the total amount, payment method, date, and the name of the person who made the transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the 50% prepaid amount, minus a €30 fee. The client covers any additional transaction costs.
2. .Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. The prepaid amount is non-refundable
