Terms & Conditions

Payment conditons
1 – Clients are required to make a 50% deposit of the total amount by bank transfer, PayPal or a cash deposit as guarantee of the reservation. No later than a  maximum of three days after the confirmation. The reservation will not be valid if this payment is not fulfilled. All required taxes will be payed by the client.
2 – We require the client to e-mail the confirmation of the deposit made.

Cancellation Policy
1 – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date, a full refund of the 50% will be payed. Any eventual extra expenses are for the client to resolve.
2 – Cancellations made within less than 30 days before the check-in date, implies the payment of 50% of reservation.
